Rent Pay & Display Machines
BGS offeres a rental model for its Pay & Display schemes. We will finance, install and maintain the machines, for a nominal rental charge payable each month - irrelevant of income generated. This makes it a potentially attractive alternative to the solely BGS operated.
We patrol the site regularly, ensuring all vehicles have paid and displayed. Offenders receive a Trespass Notice Penalty Charge, reduced for early payment. This is collected by BGS through contacting the DVLA.
In this model, the money generated through Pay & Display is solely the Client's, as is, therefore, the responsibility of emptying the machines daily.
The cost of operating the patrols, issuing tickets and collecting payments will be borne by BGS, who will therefore benefit solely from the money generated from this activity.
Vandalism insurance costs are halved between BGS & our Client.
A full contract is drawn up clarifying all the necessary detail.
Pay and Display can be a useful additional source of income. With the rental model, the Client keeps the bulk of this income, since BGS's rental rates are very low, especially when choosing a longer contract period. All of which means the revenue generated could not only subsidise the cost of owning and/or maintaining the site but even generate a tidy profit!
