BGS Services Code of Conduct

Our full Code of Conduct is a simple and effective system:

  1. Signs erected - Which fully explain the implications for all illegal parkers
  2. Warning Leaflets - Optional - A ‘Warning’ note can be used for the first week
  3. Permits - Can be personalised at 50p each. These MUST be displayed 24/7
  4. Visiting Times - Vary, with a minimum of 2-3 times each week, more if required
  5. Patrol Wardens - Are all smartly dressed with identifiable uniform and ID
  6. Appeals, Collections & Complaints - Are all handled through BGS Services
  7. Optional Call Out - Where feasible, we aim to be there within 20 minutes.
  8. Full Public & Employer’s Liability Insurance
  9. Each Ticket - Fully explains why they've been ticketed and what to do next
