BGS Services Code of Conduct
Our full Code of Conduct is a simple and effective system:
- Signs erected - Which fully explain the implications for all illegal parkers
- Warning Leaflets - Optional - A ‘Warning’ note can be used for the first week
- Permits - Can be personalised at 50p each. These MUST be displayed 24/7
- Visiting Times - Vary, with a minimum of 2-3 times each week, more if required
- Patrol Wardens - Are all smartly dressed with identifiable uniform and ID
- Appeals, Collections & Complaints - Are all handled through BGS Services
- Optional Call Out - Where feasible, we aim to be there within 20 minutes.
- Full Public & Employer’s Liability Insurance
- Each Ticket - Fully explains why they've been ticketed and what to do next
